We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, amend, or replace portions of these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on the Site and indicate a “Last Updated” date. The Company provides private investigation, surveillance, research, and related consulting services.
Use of the Site or submission of inquiries or requests does not form an investigative contract or agreement until a formal engagement is executed in writing between you and the Company.
All Services are provided subject to applicable laws, licensing, and professional standards.
The Company does not guarantee any specific outcome or result. Investigations may be limited by available evidence, cooperation, jurisdictional constraints, or other factors beyond our control.
You acknowledge that any materials, data, or information you provide must be accurate and lawful; you assume responsibility for their content and legality.
5. Client Obligations & Representations
You represent and warrant that:
a) you have full authority to provide any information or request for investigation;
b) your use of our Services will comply with all applicable laws (including privacy, surveillance, wiretapping, data protection, and recording statutes);
c) you will not request or direct us to perform unlawful acts.You agree to cooperate, provide information, and respond promptly to our requests in connection with the Services.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its agents, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your content, misuse of the Services, or breach of these Terms.
6. Fees, Payment & Refunds
All fees or charges for investigations or Services will be agreed upon in writing in advance. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due according to the payment terms set forth in the engagement agreement.
You agree to pay all applicable taxes, though such amounts may be collected and remitted by the Company.
Refunds, if any, are determined in the engagement agreement or in the Company’s sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
The content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, software, etc.) is owned or licensed by the Company and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may use the Site content only for your personal, non-commercial use, unless otherwise permitted in writing.
You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the Site content except as expressly permitted.
8. Third-Party Links & Services

Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

We will treat information you provide in connection with an investigation as confidential, except as required by law or as permitted in the engagement agreement.
Our Privacy Policy governs collection, use, and disclosure of personal data via the Site.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials, passwords, or access keys associated with the Site or Services.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and your use of the Site and Services are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services must be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [County, Florida], and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
To the extent permitted by law, you and the Company agree to first attempt informal negotiation before initiating formal dispute resolution.

15. Miscellaneous
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of assets.
These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any engagement agreement) constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Site and Services, superseding any prior or contemporaneous communications or proposals.
